You send the dimensions to the manufacturer and wait for an answer. Meanwhile your client asks somewhere else.
You calculate it yourself, with the client
Enter the opening size, add modules, colour and glass, and the price for your client updates automatically. The portal prices every configuration we manufacture.
An email for every change
The client wants different glazing bars, narrower doors, black instead of graphite. Every change means another email and more waiting.
Change the quote on the spot
Edit the quote or make a second version with Duplicate; the previous one stays in the history. Every PDF download saves a version of the offer. A saved quote keeps the price from the day it was saved as long as you change nothing in it, so the amount your client sees does not move. Questions about a specific quote go in the chat next to that quote.
An offer under someone else's name
You copy the manufacturer's offer onto your own letterhead or send the client someone else's document.
A PDF with your logo
The offer goes out under your brand: logo, company details, specification and drawing. You send it to your client from your own mailbox. Your client does not see our prices.
Ordering means more emails
The client accepted, so you retype the dimensions into an order and wait for the pro forma and the drawing.
Order straight from the quote
On an accepted quote click Order from Komak, confirm the production dimensions and attach the measurement sheet. Once we accept the order you get the pro forma by email, and after the payment you approve the drawing with one click in the portal.
You don't know when it will ship
The client calls about the date, so you call the manufacturer.
Status on every order
On the order you see its statuses: Ready to ship, Shipped. Every change comes as a notification. For the carrier you create a parcel summary, with no prices and no client details.
You hunt for drawings and photos
For your offer, website or Instagram you need a catalogue, a drawing or a project photo. Again you ask by email.

Register your showroom
The form at the bottom of the page. For companies in Poland, enter your tax ID and your company details fill in automatically. Then your contact details and what you do.
We check your application
We look at your company online and check whether you sell doors or loft partitions, then we set up your account and email you the link.
Set up the portal once
You get a one-time link and set your own password. On your first visit the portal shows a short tutorial. Upload your logo, fill in your company details, add your team.

Your first offer for a client under your brand, then an order from Komak from the same quote.

We make loft partitions and doors, hinged and sliding, ourselves, to size, in a colour from the RAL palette.
Lead time is 7-8 weeks from the deposit payment and drawing approval.

One profile for partitions and doors
The profile is 20 mm on the visible side. It is one of the slimmest profiles on the market. We make partitions, hinged doors and sliding doors on the same profile. One system for every part of the installation.

Before you apply
Will my client see your prices?
No. The PDF offer shows your price for the client, your logo and your details. Purchase prices are visible only to you, in the portal. You send the offer yourself; the portal does not contact your clients.
How does partner pricing work?
Your partner price depends on your turnover tier. You see your tier, the tier table and your price for every quote in the portal after logging in, on the Dashboard.
Who installs?
Your team, not Komak. We manufacture, you measure, sell and install. In the portal you set your own installation and travel rates, and they go into the client price.
Who is responsible for dimensions?
You are. In the order you confirm the production dimensions and we manufacture exactly to them. We suggest how much to deduct for fitting clearance: 4 mm from the height and 4 mm from the width of the smallest measured dimension.
How long does production take?
7-8 weeks from the deposit payment and drawing approval.
How do payment and delivery work?
After we accept your order, you get a pro forma invoice for a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is paid before the goods are handed to the carrier. Offers can be in EUR or GBP. Delivery is quoted after you place the order.
Can I quote for a client abroad?
Yes. The portal and the offer work in Polish and English, in PLN, EUR or GBP. You set the VAT rate for a client from another country in the quote.
How do I get access?
We verify your application online: what the company does and whether it sells doors or loft partitions. Then we set up your account and email you a link where you set your own password.
